Planning
At Dan Removals we plan long-distance moves by conducting a detailed assessment of the client’s needs and inventory. We will create a customized moving plan that includes packing, loading, and transportation logistics.
Accepting
Once you accept our quotation, we will confirm what has been promised by sending you an Acceptance form. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the date. We also set times for the loading and delivery dates if we have to split the move in 2 parts.
Executing
Our long-distance movers arrive at the agreed time, inspect the items they need to load and start protecting the furniture to prepare them for the trip. Once everything is loaded the team either comes back to our base or goes straight to the delivery address.

How will I communicate with the moving team during the long-distance move?
Once the move is scheduled and confirmed you will receive another call or message 24 hours before the moving day. Once everything is loaded you will get ETA from our team leader. One hour before they arrive we will call from our office again to confirm the exact time of arrival to avoid any delays.
